📱 How to Practice Bloomscrolling
- Follow pages related to psychology, wellness, spirituality, fitness, and creativity.
- Unfollow accounts that trigger comparison or anxiety.
- Set a daily “Bloom Window” (10–15 minutes of intentional scrolling).
- Save posts that genuinely teach you something.
- End your scrolling with reflection or a calming activity.

🌿 Curating a Digital Space for Mental Health
- Use the “mute,” “restrict,” and “not interested” features.
- Keep your feed minimal and meaningful.
- Choose content that aligns with who you want to become.
